Requirements

Medical degree and specialist qualification in pediatrics (e.g., UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, USA, Canada)
Certified pediatrician (e.g., American Board of Pediatrics, MRCPCH or equivalent)
At least 5 years of full-time experience as a pediatrician post-residency
License to practice or eligibility for DOH (Department of Health – Abu Dhabi) registration
Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is a plus but not required
Strong sense of ethics, confidentiality, and team collaboration
If your license is not yet verified, we support you with the recognition process

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive pediatric care for patients aged 29 days up to 12 years
Manage both outpatient clinics and inpatient cases, including complex conditions
Attend and support emergency deliveries when neonatologists are not available
Provide expert consultations to other departments within the hospital
Develop personalized treatment plans and communicate effectively with families
Participate in medical rounds, continuing education, and best practice reviews
Contribute to quality improvement and ensure high clinical safety standards
Share in on-call duties for pediatric emergencies
