Requirements

  • Recognized medical degree with specialization in Plastic Surgery
  • Tier 1: Minimum 2 years’ experience post-board certification
  • Tier 2: Minimum 5 years’ full-time experience post-board certification
  • Valid license to practice or eligibility for licensure in the UAE
  • Active engagement in Continuing Medical Education (CME)
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
  • High professional standards and patient-centered mindset
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide full-spectrum plastic and reconstructive surgical care
  • Conduct outpatient consultations and inpatient evaluations
  • Perform procedures with a focus on quality, patient safety, and documentation
  • Participate in clinical planning, team supervision, and training
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure coordinated patient care
  • Contribute to ongoing quality improvement, audits, and safety initiatives
  • Participate in the on-call schedule as required
  • Uphold patient confidentiality, informed consent, and patient rights at all times
