Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy or Physical Therapy from a recognized institution
Valid licensure from home country and current BLS certification
Minimum of 3 years’ clinical experience in hospital or rehabilitation settings
Postgraduate certifications in specialized physiotherapy areas preferred
Experience working within internationally accredited institutions is a plus
Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is advantageous
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality physiotherapy services to inpatients and outpatients with varied clinical needs
Conduct thorough patient assessments and design individualized treatment plans using evidence-based approaches
Mentor junior staff and actively contribute to team development and training
Collaborate with healthcare professionals across disciplines to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care
Participate in quality assurance activities, clinical audits, and accreditation processes
Manage documentation and ensure adherence to hospital policies and clinical standards
Engage in on-call duties, including nights, weekends, and public holidays when required
