Requirements

Medical degree with post-graduate certification in Internal Medicine (e.g., American Board of Internal Medicine, MRCP or equivalent)
At least 3 years of practice as a licensed specialist in Internal Medicine
Eligible for licensure by the Department of Health (DOH) in Abu Dhabi
Strong clinical knowledge and judgment with leadership potential
Experience with diagnostic tools such as EKG, lung function studies, and laboratory interpretation
Excellent written and spoken English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse, multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive care for inpatients and outpatients with internal medicine conditions
Diagnose and treat diseases affecting the internal organ systems
Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including EKGs, X-rays, and lab work
Lead Executive Health Program examinations and provide preventive care
Participate in regular in-service training programs and clinical conferences
Ensure adherence to infection control practices across all clinical settings
Engage in ongoing professional development, including CPR and emergency care updates
Contribute to staff meetings, case reviews, and quality improvement activities
Collaborate with other specialists to provide holistic patient care
