Requirements

Medical degree with specialization in Otorhinolaryngology (e.g., American Board of Otolaryngology, MRCP or equivalent)
At least 3 years of experience as a licensed Otolaryngologist after certification
Expertise in ENT surgeries and management of head and neck disorders
Eligible for licensure by the Department of Health (DOH) in Abu Dhabi
Excellent command of English (both written and spoken); Arabic is a plus
Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills, with the ability to guide and support team members
Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards

Responsibilities

Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services for ear, nose, throat, head, and neck conditions
Perform various ENT surgeries, ensuring high-quality outcomes for patients
Offer consultation to other medical professionals in the field of ENT
Document patient information, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care in medical records
Participate in multidisciplinary conferences to discuss challenging medical cases
Collaborate with the medical team to integrate curative and preventive care programs
Oversee the operation of preventive and curative programs in the ENT field
Supervise and monitor the work of junior staff, offering training as required
Maintain confidentiality and ensure all patient care is conducted with integrityAttend regular staff meetings and in-service activities for professional development
