Requirements

Medical degree with specialization in Pediatrics and a recognized subspecialty (e.g., Pediatric Neurology, Endocrinology, Cardiology, Pulmonology, Gastroenterology, Dermatology, Neonatology, Allergy & Immunology, or Infectious Diseases)
Certification from UK, Australia, New Zealand, India, Pakistan, or equivalent recognized boards
At least 5 years of post-residency experience in your pediatric subspecialty
Fluency in English at a professional level (C2 or equivalent)
Valid license in the country of origin and eligibility or current license with Dubai Health Authority (DHA)
High level of professionalism, ethical integrity, and patient-centered communication skills

Responsibilities

Provide specialized pediatric consultations and care within your area of expertise
Manage both outpatient and inpatient cases in collaboration with the general pediatrics team
Evaluate patients, order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe treatment plans
Contribute to multidisciplinary case discussions and hospital quality initiatives
Support medical education, training, or supervision of junior staff as applicable
Ensure adherence to international standards of care and local regulatory guidelines
Participate in ongoing clinical education and peer learning program
