Requirements

A minimum of 3 to 5 years of clinical experience as a specialist after completing medical training, regardless of country
At least 1 year of specialist-level work experience in a Tier 1 country (as defined by UAE health authorities)
Medical degree along with a completed specialist training program (e.g., fellowship or diploma)
Current and valid certifications in life support, such as BLS, ACLS, PALS, ATLS, or NRP
Fluent in English

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, ethical, and patient-centered medical care in a timely and effective way
Identify, assess, and address potential clinical risks during patient treatment
Adhere to standards of clinical governance and follow established quality assurance protocols
Keep thorough, precise, and up-to-date documentation of all patient interactions and treatments
Commit to ongoing professional learning to uphold excellence in clinical practice—for yourself and your peers
Act with professionalism and integrity, ensuring all clinical decisions and actions align with ethical responsibilities
