Company Description

Our client is a renowned private hospital in Dubai with a highly specialised oncology department. The team treats a broad spectrum of hematologic and oncologic diseases, using modern diagnostics, targeted therapies, and interdisciplinary case management.

Requirements

Medical degree and specialisation in Oncology, Hematology, or Haemato-Oncology
Board certification or fellowship from a recognised body
Minimum 3 years of experience post-specialisation
DHA license or eligibility (full support provided)
Excellent English (C2), strong diagnostic & patient communication skills
Training in stem cell transplantation or cellular therapy is a plus

Responsibilities

Diagnose and manage leukemia, lymphomas, multiple myeloma & related disorders
Develop personalised chemo-, immuno- and targeted therapy plans
Perform bone marrow biopsies and support stem cell transplant cases
Collaborate in tumour boards and interdisciplinary teams
Provide compassionate care including palliative support
Maintain highest standards in infection control, ethics & patient safety
