Requirements

Medical degree and recognised specialist qualification in ophthalmology (UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Canada, etc.)
At least 3–5 years of experience at specialist level
Minimum 1 year of experience in a country approved by the UAE health authority (Tier 1)
Strong command of English (C2 level)
Life support certifications (BLS, ACLS or equivalent)
We assist with the verification and licensing process if not already completed

Responsibilities

Provide specialised diagnostic and treatment services for a wide range of eye conditions
Perform outpatient consultations, follow-ups, and minor surgical procedures
Ensure accurate documentation and maintain patient safety standards
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary medical team on complex cases
Participate in internal audits, hygiene protocols, and infection prevention
Support continuous quality improvement and contribute to clinical excellence
